Spacious, Comfortable and Luxurious

Our 26 bedrooms feature 4 doubles which are suitable for couples and 22 singles. Rooms are decorated and carpeted to the highest standards and can be locked for privacy.

Our bedrooms are all spacious and well equipped and have been designed to make sure our residents feel at home in the warm, comfortable setting. Residents are encouraged to bring personal items with them to promote an atmosphere of familiarity. All of our rooms have en-suite washing and toilet facilities with appropriate accessibility aids.

Residents may have a separate telephone line fitted in their own bedrooms if they so wish. The resident is responsible for the fitting charge and payment of the bill.

Residents can settle in with a favourite chair, enjoy the space at their own pace, and make the lounges part of their daily routine, while visitors are met with the same sense of comfort and hospitality throughout. The thoughtful, high-quality environment helps people feel at ease from the moment they walk in.

We understand that the bathroom is one of the most basic and essential aspects of your day - That is why we are committed to providing our residents with the highest quality bathrooms. Our luxurious bathrooms are designed with our residents in mind, providing convenience and comfort. They are designed to be inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of abilities.

The home boasts three spacious bathrooms, comprising of one bathroom and two wet rooms. The ground floor bathroom benefits from a mechanical chair lift that operates to aid residents transfer in and out of the bath.

Oakwood Lodge is set in a large, landscaped garden with paved access.

Residents can enjoy strolling the grounds or watching the world go by in our summer house.
